Return Process

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our technical team inspects your return.
